Ingredients

·         cooking spray

·         2 large eggs, beaten

·         salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

1.      Lightly spray a ramekin dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2.      Pour in 2 beaten eggs (Nutrition per egg: 72 calories, 5g fat, 6g protein).

3.      Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F (185 degrees C).

4.      Place ramekin into air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes.

5.      Stir egg mixture and cook for 3 more minutes.

6.      Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
